Meetings
For custom designs, you will recieve a free 1–hour introductory meeting at my Felton office to brainstorm and explain your options. For very large websites, more meetings will be made available. Meetings at your office may be offered for large projects, depending upon your location.
For Affordable Web Design templates, a free 1/2 hour meeting at my Felton office will be offered, if needed.
Communication via the phone and email are available if you live outside the Santa Cruz area, and thoughout your project.

Clear Instructions
You will receive clear instructions on what to send and how to send it.
Organization Templates
I will personalize these templates to make it easier for you to submit information for your project—these templates will save us time, and save you money. They will usually be in Microsoft Word and Excel formats.
Domain Name
You will need to have a domain name such as “your-domain.com” which you may purchase yourself, or I can help you with this. Your domain name does not have to be purchased with the same company as your web host.
Web Hosting
You will need a web hosting company for your website to be displayed to the world. Please keep in mind that you get what you pay for. There are large companies that look cheap at first, but cost you more money in time and long distance charges when customer service is needed. Here are some hosting companies that are affordable and easy to work with. They often top the lists of best hosting company reviews.

Stock Photo Resources
These are great resources to find just the perfect image for your website. Although you can usually get away with the medium size image, I suggest you consult with me before purchasing to make sure you get an image large enough for your custom web design.
