Custom designs are made just for you and your content—not from templates. They are hand–coded and prepared to fit your content and business needs.
Included with Every Custom Web Design:
- Photo Gallery or Slide Show (optional)
- A slide show or photo gallery for your home page, portfolio, or other page.
- Free stock photos
- If needed, I’ll throw in a few stock photos to round out your site.
- You own your website
- Some big companies don’t let you take your site with you if you want to move to a new hosting company, but here, you own it. It’s yours, as it should be.
- You own your domain
- You will be the official Registrant if I order your domain name for you, or you can order it yourself, and leave out the middleman.
- User–friendly navigation system
- It’s essential that your visitors find what they need easily, so your menu system will be given particular attention.
- XML sitemap
- This is not the Sitemap page you see on websites. Instead, it is a specially coded file to make your web pages easy to find by Google and other search engines.
- Upload content and code to your web host and test functionality
- No technical knowledge is needed from you. I’ll upload your content and test links and scripts.

- SEO
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) improves your site’s visibility in natural search results. Although I am not an SEO Expert, I do build standard into websites: basic metatags, image optimization, image alt text, headlines, etc. These all come together to make your website more search engine friendly. If you want serious SEO, I can refer you to an expert.
- Contact form
- A simple contact form will be added, by request.
- Social media integration
- I’ll add your FaceBook, Twitter, and other social media information. I have a lovely selection of icons, and will get the best I can find to match your site.
- Google Analytics
- If you want to track visitor patterns, let’s set you up with a Google Analytics account.
- HTML sitemap
- A visual sitemap page (in addition to the xml page noted above) is included, and suggested for larger sites.
- Ongoing web support
- For continuing clients, I make myself available for those odd questions that come up down the road, such as quick questions about FaceBook page and blogs, Paypal and shopping carts, etc. However, consultations and research projects will need to be scheduled, and charged hourly.
Custom Design Pricing
Priced by the individual project, they usually start at $2,000. You will receive a quote before the work starts, so you know what to plan for.You also have the choice of this fun package:

This is a hands–off method of getting an HTML/CSS website. Turnaround is usually much faster because you simply give me the info, then send me to work. The flat fee includes:
- Up to 8 web pages
- Custom banner design
- A website that is created with your style in mind—show me 1 or 2 examples of web designs you like
- One email or phone consultation for up to 30 minutes (yes, only one – hence the low price)
- Design that works around your text, logo, and images
- Making your site “live”
This package is not for the faint–hearted. I strongly suggest that you look through my custom designs to be sure my style is congruent with yours before choosing this package. Keep in mind that I strive to please. It’s good for business (you’re going to tell your friends and associates what you think), and also for my peace of mind.
