My latest page is a temporary site for the Port Townsend Food Bank. Port Townsend high school students are working on their permanent site. I put this one up to give basic information in the meantime. Many thanks to Shirley for letting me give back, even if just a little.

Victoria at Soprano Dolci wanted a website that is attractive, small, and easy for customers to order their wonderful biscotti. Vicki and I have worked together before. Because she knew my work, she left the design completely in my hands. I used texture and rich colors to reflect the rich flavor of her biscotti, with both text and image links for navigation. One simple Paypal button lets the customer choose their own flavors.

Redwood Coast Landscaping is a landscape construction company that has been serving the Santa Cruz area for 20 years. They needed to upgrade their site from a corporate template to something more professional, with more attentive customer support. They got all that, and free hosting, too.

My buddy, Frank Turner, is working on a Content Management System that will make it easy for you to do simple text and image changes right within your browser. I’m helping him with beta testing, and look forward to offering this tool to my clients soon. It’s 100 times easier than using WordPress. I’ve never seen anything this easy—and that’s no exaggeration. Scouts honor.

Santa Cruz Web Developers

If you are involved with web design/devlopment, whether for business or a hobby, you’re invited to meet with the Santa Cruz Web Developers. We began the summer of 2008 and meet once each month to connect with other like–minded folks.
